The hotel is very close to the lake, making it convenient for a peaceful stroll or enjoying the beautiful scenery. The staff at this hotel were very attentive and provided excellent service throughout our stay. The rooms were well-maintained and clean, with attention to detail that made our stay comfortable.

You can have a satisfying breakfast to fuel up for your adventures. Plus, the front desk is courteous and helpful.

The location of the hotel was great as it was close to the lake and we enjoyed watching the fireworks display from there. the onsen facilities were also good and offered a relaxing experience after a day of sightseeing. the staff was friendly and welcoming.

The hotel's location is perfect, just a couple of minutes' walk from the stunning Lake Toya. The hotel has great facilities, including an outdoor onsen, which I loved! Additionally, the breakfast buffet was superb and provided me with a lot of energy for activities during the day. Lastly, the staff was very helpful and accommodating during my stay.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

The hotel is conveniently located near the lake and it's easy to find. The room was spacious and affordable. One advantage was that dinner and breakfast were included in the price, which was really convenient. The firework display near the lake was also enjoyable.

Smoking was allowed in the lobby and corridors which made the room smell awful. It would be better to request a room away from the smoking area. Additionally, there was no free WiFi in the property, and we had to rent the bath towel, which I thought should have been provided. A thin hand towel was given instead. it was a tolerable experience but not worth the value spent.
